Speaking at the Microsoft Azure Summit 2014

This week, Microsoft Gulf  hosted the first ever Azure Summit. Microsoft Azure Summit 2014, a 2-days technology event that included workshops on cloud computing aimed at helping IT Professionals gain valuable information and achieve complex business objectives. The Azure Summit attracted over 250 IT Professionals and decision makers from across the region, and featured two days of interactive sessions covering technical content on Microsoft Azure for the IT pros. Sessions included; Introduction and Migration to Azure for infrastructure professionals, Networking and Virtual Machines, Storage and Business Intelligence Scenarios, as well as extending Data Center into Azure.

I had the privilege of speaking at the first day of the event, the session was titled “Azure for Dev and Test”. As the title hints, I talk about the benefits that Azure brings to IT pros by helping them deploy resources for Dev and Test easily and quickly. I also spoke about the Microsoft Azure API Management and how it empowers organization to reach the fullest potential from its API program. With API management, organizations can publish web services as APIs reliably, securely and at scale.

I will leave you with some pictures from the event.
