My Book is Out

I have some exciting news today!

I just learned that my book titled Developing Windows Store Apps with HTML5 and JavaScript has been published. For the past 4 months I was a bit 🙂 busy with authoring this small technical book of around 150 pages. It was a great challenge, my first “grand” scale authoring experience and hopefully it won’t be the last attempt. The book was published by Packt Publishing whose team of editors, technical editors, reviewers and project managers provided me with a great guidance and assistance throughout

This book is a hands-on guide that follows a step-by-step tutorial approach which discusses Windows 8 app development with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The book targets developers who want to start creating apps for the Windows Store. Moreover, this book introduces developers to powerful advancements in standards-based web technology, while using it to build Windows Store apps, as well as leveraging their existing skills and code assets in web development.
